    • Included in your hire fee are cycle helmets, locks and bells - we also provide one tool kit and tyre pump per booking.
     
    • A non-refundable reservation fee of £10 per bike is required to secure your booking - Once we receive this reservation request and subject to availability, we will reply to you as soon as possible with an online payment link.
     
    • No booking is reserved until the reservation payment has been issued and paid.
     
    • Any reservation deposits are deducted from your hire fee on the day of your hire. 
     
    • Photo ID may be required at the time of hire.
      
    • Whilst we will attempt to send you your reservation deposit link as soon as possible - please allow up to 4 hours before contacting us on 07477 167076​​

    • You authorise us to make contact with you via email, telephone or messaging service.
     
    • We reserve the right to refuse hire for any reason whatsoever - we will refund any reservation fees paid.
    ​
    • Standard bikes require a £50 fully refundable security deposit (paid by card on the day of hire) and refunded upon your return.
    ​
    • High value e-bikes may be subject to an increased security deposit (paid by card on the day of hire) and refunded upon your return. ​​
